Managers were often uncertain about required information, resulting in incomplete or incorrectly approved ECRs. This delayed processing and left sensitive employee data unsecured while corrections were made. A digital, automated solution was needed to streamline approvals, improve data security, and enhance process visibility.​

We developed an intuitive model-driven Power Platform app to digitise and automate the ECR process using built-in business workflows.  

The app ensures managers only see relevant fields based on their role, reducing errors and inconsistencies. Automated workflows assign ECRs to the appropriate approvers, who can review and action requests directly within the app.  

This streamlined approach simplifies the process while maintaining compliance with internal approval structures.

The solution eliminated manual inefficiencies, providing HR with greater visibility over the process. By securing sensitive employee data and ensuring ECRs are correctly submitted and approved, our client has improved accuracy, efficiency, and security in managing employee changes.​
