The client sought to enhance bulk commodity pricing decisions by building and validating AI models capable of identifying and weighting market drivers. The goal was to prove value, uplift internal AI understanding, and progress to a scalable product.

Approach

JourneyOne’s product squad partnered with the client’s Sales and Marketing team, applying Rmkble’sApply AI methodology. Through discovery workshops, a Hackathon, and iterative sprints, the team co‑developed MVPs that blended machine learning, visualisation, and human‑centreddesign.

Outcome

The journey delivered two validated MVPs, proving AI value and securing progression to the scale phase. The client gained enhanced understanding of AI processes and a foundation for future use cases, supported by robust documentation and knowledge transfer.
