Established as the second university in WA, Murdoch has always been associated with environment and conservation, social justice and inclusion, and providing pathways into and through a university education for people who had previously been excluded.
Murdoch University’s leadership aimed to accelerate digital transformation across university operations by leveraging low-code technologies.
To achieve this vision, the university needed a structured approach to establish a Competency Centre that would empower staff through Citizen Development while maintaining strong governance, security, and operational consistency.
ProcessPath came on board with an approach rooted in collaboration and human-centric design. We worked with the team at the university to establish a Process Automation Competency Centre (PACC), underpinned by a robust governance framework that balanced innovation with control.
