Objective

Hello Initiative needed to modernise manual processes for managing its Mobile  Support  Program, enabling secure referral capture, asset tracking, and data management while protecting sensitive youth information.

Approach

JourneyOne delivered workshops to map current pain points and co‑design improved workflows. Salesforce was configured to automate referral capture through a webform, streamline data migration, and implement secure asset management. Hands‑on training built internal capability for future scaling.

Outcome

The transformed process reduced manual handling, improved data security, and enabled efficient tracking of program assets. The Hello Initiative team gained confidence and self‑sufficiency in administering and maintaining their Salesforce instance.
