Our client was managing $100m in capital projects through highly manual processes involving multiple disconnected tools, which were creating information silos and inconsistent data.  

The project teams had to continually consolidate, manipulate, and aggregate project details through labour-intensive processes that could take weeks from data capture to reporting.  

They sought a faster, more consistent approach to improve project prioritisation, reporting, and auditing.

ProcessPath came on board with an approach rooted in collaboration and human-centric design.

We worked with the client team to digitise information capture using a highly interactive Power App. The solution enabled faster, more accurate, and secure project data ingestion with strong governance controls. We implemented Power Automate to automatically collate, transform, and store data in a centralised repository, increasing data confidence and consistency.

The solution drastically reduced the time lag between data capture and reporting, enabling project managers and senior stakeholders to make faster, more informed decisions.  

Additionally, interactive project prioritisation, status reporting, and data visualisation using Power BI provided leadership with real-time insights, improving project governance and strategic planning.
